The next series of Group Sessions, covering 10 essential themes, starts mid-September.
Due to high demand, we’re also offering 3 introductory Group Sessions this summer, focused on: self-confidence, inner peace & being yourself.
During these sessions, I’ll walk you through the essence of self-confidence, what inner peace truly means, and what you need to do to genuinely be yourself.
My mission is to help people grow by teaching them how to think differently.
In these sessions, I also explain why many people believe real change isn’t possible — and how to break through that.
My sessions are always straight to the point, based on personal experience and real-life examples I encounter daily in my mental coaching practice.
All sessions take place live at our office in Sint-Martens-Latem.


The introductory group sessions take place in July and August.
Each session lasts 60 minutes + time for questions and costs €50 per person.
