From mental coaching to business growth
A few years ago, Anthony started a mental coaching journey with David. What began as personal growth and mental guidance gradually evolved into an operational business trajectory, focusing on how the company was run: what could be improved, how to approach it, and how to interpret the numbers.
The collaboration started with one-on-one conversations between Anthony and David about the company’s situation and Anthony’s vision for the future. This was followed by discussions with his parents, who are also involved in the business.
With everyone around the table, expectations, challenges, and pain points were openly addressed. Based on these conversations, David developed a plan that was approved by all — marking the beginning of a journey that would fundamentally transform both the company and Anthony himself.

From doubt to confidence
For his parents, it wasn’t easy to fully hand over trust. There were doubts: is he ready, can he lead, can he handle it?
David, however, recognized Anthony’s potential from the very beginning and helped make it visible — both to Anthony himself and to those around him.
Throughout the process, Anthony learned to express his own opinions, support decisions with clear reasoning, and lead with greater calm and confidence. A key turning point came when he took the lead during a meeting and confidently guided the conversation. In that moment, his parents realized: he’s ready.

Today, Anthony plays a more active role in the business, takes initiative, and leads his team with confidence. His insights and proposals are backed by data and strategy, which has driven strong growth.
In just three years, the family business grew from €18 million to €40.5 million in revenue, operating in 55 countries worldwide.
Beyond these impressive results, Anthony mainly experiences greater peace of mind and clarity — in business, in his personal life, and within the family company.
