I got to know Salah as the owner of three stores in the center of Ghent. He reached out to me to learn more about managing multiple businesses and how to deal with staff — but mainly because he realized he had more potential within him.

Both entrepreneurs had an ambitious project together. They wanted to build an organization, create a strong team, and launch several products across different European countries. They knew what they wanted and in which direction they were heading, but not how to get started in a concrete way.
