Choosing is freedom

Anouk grew up in an entrepreneurial family and took over the leadership of the company together with her brother. Still, she often doubted herself: decisions were postponed, other people’s opinions carried too much weight, and this created unrest. She noticed she was holding herself back and couldn’t find peace — not even at home.

The shift

Through coaching, Anouk learned to let go of negative thinking and focus on facts. This brought her inner peace and clarity. She now makes decisions faster, communicates with more confidence, and dares to express her vision. Instead of overthinking, she makes conscious choices — and that gives her freedom.

Passion and growth

Alongside her role as a business leader, she found the space to pursue her passion: ceramics. What started as tableware evolved into international designs that are now showcased in places like New York and Saint-Tropez.
Today, Anouk radiates calm, attracts positive energy, and knows: the sky is the limit.
